Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@luhxe.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit in your account.

Refund Exceptions

The following items are ineligible for refund: (1) items damaged due to misuse or negligence; (2) items without original tags or packaging; (3) final sale items clearly marked at purchase; (4) items returned after 30 days; (5) customized or personalized items; (6) items that show signs of wear beyond normal inspection.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
